Grace: It's Our Way of Life

As Episcopal Christians we
Worship at home daily and together weekly;
Study the Scriptures, our tradition, and what it means to be a disciple today;
Serve our families, our parish, and our world in the name of Christ.

Everything we do is done with an ethic of Welcome
because we are only here by Grace.

Trinity Sunday Liturgy from St John the Divine in Victoria - BC - Canada

This liturgy that Grace Episcopal Church, Traverse City, Michigan, USA used this evening is from St. John the Divine parish of Victoria, British Columbia. It is from a new diocesan liturgy that is used experimentally by parishes in Vancouver (Canada) and the Gulf Islands. There are many such efforts being made in the Anglican Church of Canada, and this service is rich with allusions to the local area and its geography and culture.

Produced for Grace by the Rev Pete Clapp as part of the 500 pm worship community worship of other Anglican Communion liturgies around the world in 2015.

The worship is set on Trinity Sunday and presided by the Rev. David Lillvis, retired and member of Grace.
