Grace: It's Our Way of Life

As Episcopal Christians we
Worship at home daily and together weekly;
Study the Scriptures, our tradition, and what it means to be a disciple today;
Serve our families, our parish, and our world in the name of Christ.

Everything we do is done with an ethic of Welcome
because we are only here by Grace.

God Is Always With Us! - Twenty Five Sunday After Pentecost - 15 November 2015 - Year B

25th Sunday After Pentecost
from Mackinac Video Productions on Vimeo.

The Very Rev Daniel P Richards proclaims the story of Jesus as he and the disciples in Mark during the festival of Passover as Jesus is in the last week in his life. The disciples comment on the permanence of the Temple but Jesus points out that all the stones will be cast down. Things change and God doesn't.  This moment will pass but God is always with us. Change is what happens, transitions is cooping with it. Make the commitment today.

The Collect

Blessed Lord, who caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning: Grant us so to hear them, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest them, that we may embrace and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which you have given us in our Savior Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Note: A baptism and Commitment Sunday for giving in 2016 also happened in this worship.
