Grace: It's Our Way of Life

As Episcopal Christians we
Worship at home daily and together weekly;
Study the Scriptures, our tradition, and what it means to be a disciple today;
Serve our families, our parish, and our world in the name of Christ.

Everything we do is done with an ethic of Welcome
because we are only here by Grace.

The Rev Katheryn King proclaims the gospel of Mark 6 where Jesus visits his hometown and is stunned by the lack of faith of his family and hometown. We need to listen to Jesus and God's people to hear God to live an act like people who believe.

Rev King refers to the sermon of Presiding Bishop-elect Michael Curry as he preaches at the closing Eucharist at the Episcopal Church General Convention on July 3, 2015. Here is his message - Click here

The Collect

Lord God Almighty, in whose Name the founders of this country won liberty for themselves and for us, and lit the torch of freedom for nations then unborn: Grant that we and all the people of this land may have grace to maintain our liberties in righteousness and peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
