The Very Rev Daniel P Richards asks the question whether we as disciples can give our whole being to God ... body, mind, and spirit as the vessel of the Holy Spirit? He asks us to explore our willingness to get into shape and allow God to shape our body, mind, and spirit. Can we let God really work in us? Can we let Christ set us free without the burden of our sin, without the burden of our neighbor's sin to love them as God does as a daughter and son of God?
