Grace: It's Our Way of Life
As Episcopal Christians we
Worship at home daily and together weekly;
Study the Scriptures, our tradition, and what it means to be a disciple today;
Serve our families, our parish, and our world in the name of Christ.
Everything we do is done with an ethic of Welcome
because we are only here by Grace.

Sermon for the Baptism of Anders Lyon on the Fifth Sunday of Epiphany. We take a big picture view of what it means to have an Episcopal Christian faith and to train an Episcopal Christian. It is a simple faith, a liturgical faith, a studious faith, and a serving faith. This is how we embody life at Grace.

Set us free, O God, from the bondage of our sins, and give us the liberty of that abundant life which you have made known to us in your Son our Savior Jesus Christ; who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
